Lima is the strategic Pacific gateway from Latin America to Asia and one of the most overlooked markets in the Spanish-speaking world. The new Chancay megaport, the established Callao infrastructure and the steady professionalisation of the urban middle class create a multi-decade opportunity for European capital and operators willing to invest in the relationship layer.

Our consulting engagements in Lima cluster around three sectors: mining and energy support services (where European technical depth meets Peruvian operational scale), fintech and digital platforms serving the formal middle class, and B2B services for the wave of Latin American firms that increasingly operate across the Pacific Alliance corridor.

On real estate, Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco combine strong quality of life with rental yields of 6 to 8% gross on professionally managed mid-range condos. The coastal expansion toward Asia (the seaside resort south of the city) is a separate, more speculative play that we underwrite for capital with a 5-7 year horizon and tolerance for currency exposure.
